Amazon scores an important win in the huge foreign market. Amazon is the new international mall that will cover the world. Alcohol will be sold and probably produced and owned by Amazon. The world is a huge market and with more people to sell to the more profit too. Selling a legal drug alcohol requires a duty of responsible selling and should provide suggested educated consumers usage. Educating buyers about the dangers of aggressive alcohol use may create safer users and safer community. Tens of millions of Prime members made a purchase during the shopping marathon - more than 50% higher than the prior year. The 30-hour shopping extravaganza for Prime members generated approximately $1 billion in revenue. (Some estimates put the total even higher.)

Amazon has won the right to sell groceries in India.

The online giant currently sells groceries in India through a local partner. But it recently secured government approval to stock and sell its own food items, reported the Nikkei Asian Review. 

Amazon was given the green light to invest as much as $515 million in food retailing in India, according to the report, which will be spread over a five-year period. Last year, the Indian government relaxed rules to allow foreign firms to sell groceries and food items directly to the public.
